You are very welcomed to extend your stay in The High Tatras or Podhorie by extra services! In case you are interested in any of these services, please state the information in the reservation notes.
It is possible to pay the extra services in cash (EUR), credit or debit card Visa / MasterCard / Diners. All Aplend resorts accept recreational cards (Edenred, Callio, Gusto, Benefits Plus, Doxx) for the payment of recreational stays to get repaid by the employer.
The prices include VAT.

The High Tatras and its surrounding do not offer beautiful views only at its peaks. The proximity of the pure nature of one of the most beautiful national park in Slovakia can be enjoyed by a better (more active) way. Aplend wants its guests to arrange the best possible holiday moments. Ride on the cycling roads from Tatry to Poprad and back. We are happy to prepare for you the bikes at your choice of date and time. The prices below include cycling helmets as well.

The long term goal of Aplend is to create a quality chain of holiday apartments or cottages, mostly focused on families with kids. The in-house guests can order the baby cot with their stay. The price of the baby cot includes first-class children cosmetics Cocci Nella. In case you wish you have child bath or potty ready, please let us know. They are free to borrow.

All indoor spaces of Aplend accommodation units, reception and restaurants are non-smoking. We ask our guests to respect this regulation. The smoking is allowed in exterior areas of the resorts. In case of breaching this regulation, Aplend reserves the right to impose a fine of 200 EUR.
The guests staying in The High Tatras and Podhorie must pay the local tax, which APLEND pays to village/city according to law.

The in-house guests are required to leave the accommodation until 10 a.m. The extra service of late check-out can be arranged at the reception based on the availability of the accommodation units. In case you plan to use the service of late check-out, please, inform the reception of your request at least 24 hours before.
Price:
Aplend can arrange for you pick up from the airport, railway station or bus station of Poprad. The capacity of one transport is at most eight people. The service is available daily from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., or after arrangement with reception. Please, let us know if you wish to use our transport, at least 24 hours before.

The stays longer than six nights have the right to get minimum once all bed linen changed in the middle of their stay, or after arrangement with reception. In case the guests wish to change the bed linen, there is a charge. Please inform us about your request at the reception, daily from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Not all APLEND facilities and restaurants are pet friendly. Pets are allowed in the accommodation only in the Wellness Hotel Borovica**** on Štrbské Pleso and in the restaurants only on the outdoor terraces. We kindly ask our guests to respect our decision. In case of non-compliance with this decision, Aplend s.r.o. reserves the right to impose a fine of EUR 200 on guests.
