BREAKFAST
A buffet breakfast with a selection of hot dishes, cold items, and beverages is served in the breakfast room on the 1st floor from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. If you are leaving early and would like Early Express Breakfast, we will gladly prepare you a breakfast package „to go.“ Please inform the reception the day before until 10:00 PM.
RECEPTION
The hotel reception is available daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, you can still reach us by phone at +421 903 400 819. The hotel lobby area, which also includes a snack fridge, is available to you at any time.
PARKING
Free public parking is available infront of the hotel.
PETS
Pets are welcome in our hotel. The fee for a dog is 15 € per day. Pets must be reported in advance.
CHECK - IN
On the day of arrival, you can arrive from 2:00 PM. After arrival is needed to pay city tax. Current prices of city tax and other additional services you can find in the price list.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact reception the day before. Late check-out depends on room availability and may be subject to an additional charge. If you wish to use Express check-out, please inform the reception in advance and we will deliver an invoice to your room or by email. For Express check-out, please leave your key card directly in your room.
SMOKING
All rooms and public areas of the hotel are non-smoking. A 200 € f ine will be charged for violation of this rule
INVOICE
All accommodation fees must be paid upon arrival. If you require an invoice to be issued to company, please inform the reception in advance. Once a fiscal receipt is issued, it is not possible to request an invoice.
